We also recognize that not all companies are blessed with the resources to perform needs assessments, design training plans, research training courses and everything else that goes into developing training courses that create positive results. In addition, we believe that consortium training is a viable solution to contain costs. Consortium training is when multiple companies come together as one to provide training to their employees. In this way, the companies are able to enjoy the benefits of being a large company. It gives them bargaining power to keep prices fair and also provides a way for companies who may only have a few employees to attend and develop industry specific training.
